Magnesium Spray

Ingredients: Distilled water, Magnesium Chloride

*Scented will include fragrance oils 

Magnesium benefits: 
Aids in sleep & sore muscles.

For a sleep aid, spray on bottoms of feet before bed & let dry for 30-60 seconds.

For sore muscles, spray on skin where needed and let dry for 30-60 seconds. 

*Tingling may occur if magnesium deficient. With regular use, tingling should subside.
